ProwessTitleAbstracts.com will refund or cancel any services according to the following guidelines:

    a) ProwessTitleAbstracts.com will refund you in full if a work has not started within 6 hour of making payment.

    b) In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, ProwessTitleAbstracts.com will not refund partial amounts or full amounts in the case that a order has commenced and/or has been completed.

    c) If you don’t want ProwessTitleAbstracts.com to start the order at all, you can ask for a full refund within 6 hour only of making payment. This applies to all non-business days. If you contact ProwessTitleAbstracts.com to cancel the order that  has already begun, ProwessTitleAbstracts.com will deduct proportionally and refund you accordingly.
